Colorado’s Pay Equity Law: Is Your Company Prepared?
On January 1, 2021, Colorado’s enhanced Equal Pay for Equal Work Act will take effect. The law prohibits discriminatory pay practices on the basis of gender, and applies to companies with employees in the state.
